If you mean Tanoshii Moomin Ikka aka The Moomins from 1990-92 it will most likely not come back. it was made over 20 years ago and I dont know if all the voice actores and animators are still around and it may or may not be the same. They made from the original books and comics by Tove and Lars Jansson most of there episodes and I think they made from every bock and comic they did an episode.
