Yes there is going to be a Resident Evil 6, its out on 2nd October 2012. The game will have four campaign's, one being Leon S Kennedy (from Resident evil 2, 4 & The Darkside Chronicles) and his new partner Helena Harper, there goal is to investigate who caused the outbreak and survive. Another campaign features Chris Redfield (from Resident Evil 1, Code Veronica X, 5 & The Umbrella Chronicles) and another new partner Piers Nivans, there goal is smiler to Leon's and Helena's but there job is to kill the new B.O.W's (Bio Organic Weapon's) called J'avo. The J'avo are like the majini in Resident Evil 5 but the J'avo can mutate as well, if you shoot there arm/arms off they grow tentacles and if you shoot there legs of they grow wings. The next campaign features Jake Muller (the late Albert Wesker's son) and Sherry Birkin (from Resident Evil 2), Sherry's job is to find and save Jake Muller from the people who are after his blood as Albert Wasker had the right blood to naturally bond with the T-Virus (the virus from Resident Evil 1) and Uroboros (the virus from Resident Evil 5) so Jake also has the right blood to bond with the virus's being Albert Weaker's son. The final campaign can only be unlocked by completing the other three campaign's motioned before, the final character you get to play as is Ada Wong (from Resident Evil 2, 4, The Umbrella Chronicles and The Darkside Chronicles), her campaign is one player only and it mainly fills in the gaps in between the story of the other three campaigns.
