Will there be a Famliy Guy movie?

Seth MacFarlane still insists there will eventually be a theatrical Family Guy movie. He most recently in late 2015, said on Twitter he was still intending on making one (not in those words mind you).

It's reasonable to assume we won't see a FG movie until the series if off the air.
