Yes. There were originally going to be only two installments, but they have now been stretched to three. They are:

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012)

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (set to come out December 2013)

The Hobbit: There and Back Again (in theory coming out sometime in 2014)
