Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 are games for the Nintendo DS but they can be played on a 3DS (without the 3D effect) since it's backwards compatible with DS games.

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, which are the 6th Generation of the main-series and will be in fully 3D, will be released worldwide on October 12th, 2013 (excluding some countries).
It is exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
