Simple answer: Yes. The movie is a bit different from the anime because it was translated by a different company years before the anime was brought to America. The movie has a different voice cast than the series. It also does not include the style of humor the anime has. The plot is decent and the action is good, so you should watch it, but be warned it's not going to be the same as watching the series. Oh, one more thing: Kurabara is called Kurahara in the movie.
