No one knows for sure but I estimate 1 month exactly. In chapter 7 she finds out she is pregnant and has been since the wedding which was seventeen days ago. In chapter 8 it mentions that Bella had been back in Forks for 7 days (one week) which altogether makes 24 days. Add another week for Jacob protecting Bella and that makes 1 month! Possible more....
