yes there is going to be a 5th gen. its coming out in U.S.A, Canada sometime around Christmas, and there is only three starters. but they made it that you can go to sinnoh and maybe the other regions too so maybe you can get all 15 starters. The 5th region is called the isshu region. if you want to see the 5th gen Pokemon then go to this site and you can see all 156 of them. they also added winter, spring, fall, and a summer season.

∙ 12y agoCurrently, no Pokemon has four tiers of evolution. Most evolutions only have two tiers. There are Pokemon (most notably eevee) that can be evolved into more than three different Pokemon, but no single Pokemon so far has been allowed to evolve three times or more.

∙ 12y agoI think so, I doubt that they will stop making Pokemon now. Plus there will be a season 13 so i think that there will be a 5th generation of Pokemon as well.
