Yes, there was a second season of My Babysitter's a Vampire. The first episode is "Welcome Back Dusker". It's when Sarah meets the Vampire Council which premiered on June 29, 2012 on the U.S. Disney Channel while in regards to Teletoon, it premiered on September 6, 2012.
