∙ 12y agoAs of now, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 3 has not been confirmed or annouced. I believe there won't be another one because if there was, there would be one in 2011, but instead a new game titled Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi for the Playstation 3 and Xbox360 is coming out in late October 2011. I think for North America, it comes out October 25 and for Europe, October 28(or it could be the other way around).

∙ 12y agoNever. Thus far the developers haven't picked back up on an old IP for the DBZ games (they make a few Budokai games, then a few Budokai Tenkaichi games, then Raging Blast, and now they're on Ultimate Tenkaichi).
A DBZ game has come out every year since Budokai 1, so you'll see new games. Whether they're anything like Raging Blast, you'll have to wait and see.

There is no super saiyan 4, its only until super saiyan 3 (Broly,Vegeta,Goku and Gotenks). There are only characters of Dragon Ball Z Kai, not Dragon Ball GT.
