As of now, no official announcements have been made regarding a third book in the Evernight series by Claudia Gray. However, authors sometimes revisit or expand upon their series in the future, so it's possible that a third book could be released at a later date.

Is Evernight by Claudia Gray scary?
In my opinion, Evernight by Claudia Gray isn't particularly scary, but if you don't like to read about if bloodsucking this book is not for you, on the other hand if you're okay with bloodsucking this is a fantastic book, perfect for vampire lovers, especially if you've read and liked the house of night series by P.C Cast and Kristin Cast (if not it's a great read). this book does have some fight scenes but they are not graphic and also some scenes where she drinks blood but other than that it is great. P.S: Look out for Stargazer, Hourglass and Afterlife the second, third and fourth books in the Evernight series.

the third book hourglass has a cliffhanger--totally going to be a fourth book, cos bianca doesn't even turn into a vamp but a wraith, so theyll probably have a life of bianca as a wraith and lucas as human and trying to "figure things out" there will be a fourth evernight book called Afterlife that will be released in March 2011
