Yes you can. I'd know from first hand experience, as I have the digital copy and the parts pack works fine. It should work whether your downloading it or buying a copy at the store.

Spore: Creepy and Cute is an EXPANSION PACK, meaning it needs the normal SPORE TO WORK, a bit like Sims. All it does is give you more stuff to create creatures with.

No. The sims 3 does not come with all expansion packs inside. You have to buy the expansion packs from the shops as they do come seperately.
When is spore 2 coming out?
There isn't a Spore 2 as such, but there is a big expansion pack already out called Spore Galactic Adventures and I guess it could count as a sequel. SGA is a more RPG style game. I want it!!
