Questions are always being answered, unfortunately there have always been more questions than answers. Most are just waiting for an expert or at least someone with experience to notice it and respond. The more technical your question is the smaller a group of answerers will be and the wait time for one of them to see it increases. Having a well written and descriptive question will aid in the process.
