The answer is simple. It is to torture kids with suckish shows that get no good ratings whatsoever. The rating of the kids' shows is from TV-Y to TV-Y7, the lowest ratings there are in TV. Also, there are only new episodes added once every two months for only one show, so you keep watching the same show every day! Basically, PBS is only a garbage dump for the rejected/old shows from Cartoon Network, Nick, and Disney Channel, and is laughed at by all of the kids in America.
PBS Kids aims to provide educational and entertaining content for children, with a focus on promoting social, emotional, and academic skills. The programming is designed to enhance children's learning experiences and foster their curiosity and creativity in a safe and engaging environment.

PBS although now the new episodes premiere on HBO before they eventually air on PBS.
I know Kids WB! turned into the CW4Kids. But Toonzai! will shut down and Kids' WB! will be relaunched and revived for a 14th season. Tom and Jerry Tales will be in it along with the rest of the forgotten shows. New premieres including Kids' WB! Playtower, Pebble's World and more are coming.
Not very. That show's fans are probably young adults by now, and today's little ones have a whole new kids line-up on PBS.
