Unfortunately, No I Don't Think Bungie Will Bring Out A Halo 4. As They Have Announced On Many Occassion's That Halo 3 Will Be The End Of The Main Trilogy
However, Halo Wars Is Out Which Is Set 20 Years Before The Events Of Halo CE At The Start Of The Human/Covenant War
Halo 3 ODST Is Coming Out In Fall Which Will Bridge The Gap Between Halo 2 And 3 As The Name Imply's You Play As An ODST Go To YouTube And Type In Halo Keep It Clean Trailer For The Halo 3 ODST Trailer
And Finally Peter Jackson Is Working With Bungie On Halo Chronicles Which Is A More Filmic Game And Is Said To Delve Into Master Chief's Back Story
