Yes he will appear. There are many episodes that include him. Probably after a month when they make a few episodes they'll tell you about the meeting of the 5 kages and as you know Gaara is the Kazekage. My guesses are its probably in like 185- 190?

Naruto comes back to Konohagakure two years after he leaves Konoha in episode 220. Then the new series, 'Naruto: Shippuden', Naruto comes back in the first episode, 'Homecoming'. They'v already made the first 4 dubbed episodes of Shippuden, but they might not make any more dubbed episodes. Why doesnt Naruto Shippuden dub one episode weekly instead of 3 or 4 episodes monthly?
My guess is they don't have enough episodes for every week or they just want to make you wait
