The next release will be in November 2014 and it will not be for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 because BO III has not even been released. They might not even release a Black Ops 3 as there are not even rumors that is the game Treyarch is currently working on. Besides it will likely be a new PS4 Wii U capable game
