Second answer: Not exactly, but rabbits of both sexes sometimes mount each other in a show of dominance. Mounting is not always sexual behaviour. If the dominance behaviour turns aggressive, separate the rabbits immediately. Don't let rabbits fight. You can only keep rabbits together if they're bonded. ∙ 13y agoIf you put a girl and a boy turtle in the same cage they will probably mate but if you don't want them to you should Imediatlly take one of them and put in another cage. If you keep them in the same cage for to long and you take one out you might see them to not eat as much as normal and they won't be as active anymore because they have feelings for each other. Why does two turtles lay on top of each other and stretch out their feet?
Its like asking why cheerleaders stack on top of each other. They do it for fun and entertainment. So do the turtles. Then again it depends on the number,, two or three turtles could mean something else. Just look into it if they are your turtles stacking on top of each other. Hope this helps,, xx
