cause i have been having seizures since i have been on it.i have been to a specialist and everything,they put me on klonipin and dilantin.and a mri on my head,also got to go get electrodes stuck on my head..i asked the dr about he is a neroligist he told me it could but he thinks it is something else.so he told me i could still take the ultram just make sure and take the seizure meds he put me on..

If ultram isn't ridding you of your pain aleve certainly will not help. I was on ultram for eight years and it worked for mild pain. I've taken Aleve a few times and it did absolutely nothing. But to answer your question I can take aleve with ultram with no problem.
