Traces of THC stay in the central section of the head (from the back of your neck to the middle of your forehead) for life unfortunately. The only way to pass a drug test is to get an electric shaver (width approximately 2 inches) and shave this section bald. I have to do this once a year for my job (police officer). I know it sounds radical and be prepared for people to really make fun of you for awhile, but if it means keeping your job it's worth it in the long run.
Note: If you are a man and currently completely bald don't think you're off the hook. Hair drug testers will usually see this as having something to hide. So I'd recommend glueing some fake hair just on the sides of your head and they can take a sample from that..
