there is no adapter. vortec heads were cut at a diffrent slope than standard sbc heads. you can swap the heads on the 78 350 for vortech heads or get a multipoint fuel injection intake for a 85 - 95 350. you can get the intake from summitracing.com You will have to swap the heads and the intake
