Yes, Master chief is still in space with cortana in halo 3 odst he counts as a spartan and in multiplayer forge or any you and or friends are Spartans and when i played campaign i found a dead spartan on a building roof with a brute.

halo wars comes out march 3rd. halo ODST comes out sometime in fall. (in case any of you were wondering, halo 3 recon has had it's name changed to halo ODST.) halo wars comes with assembly, orbital, and sandbox while halo ODST comes with heretic, longshore, and citadel. It's quite simple really, you don't. It is completely impossible for a typical user to be able to spawn any type of AI in Halo 3's Forge mode.

Not without modifying the game VERY heavily. And besides, none of the maps except for Sandtrap and maybe Valhalla could support a Scarab.
