The decision is not up to me. Nobody ever asked me the first time.
Neil Armstrong and 'Buzz' Aldrin were the first men on the moon. America is the only nation to ever send men to the moon.
So far only men have landed on the moon but if NASA starts to send out manned missions again, I don't see why a woman can't be involved in walking on the moon too.
The USA is the Only country to send men to the moon.
No Russian (or any other country's astronauts) have ever been to the moon. The only country to successfully send men into lunar orbit, and land on it's surface, was the USA.
No. Only the US has sent men to the moon.
None and never. 12 men have walked on the moon and all those men were males.
No. Only 12 men have ever walked on the moon, and all these were American.
No humans from China have ever gone to the Moon; the only humans to ever visit the Moon have been 12 American men, all but one of them military officers. in December 2013, a robotic rover did successfully land on the Moon.
The country that second had men land on the moon was the United States. The first country to have men land on the moon was the United States in 1969 with the Apollo 11 mission, followed by the Soviet Union's Luna 2 mission in 1959.
As of now, no women have walked on the moon. The Apollo program in the 1960s and 70s only sent men to the moon. NASA is planning to send the first woman to the moon as part of the Artemis program, with a target date of 2024.
They wanted to win the cold war so they had to think of something that no one had ever even attempted to do. Which was send a man/men up to the moon walk on it come back and still be in one peice. Which of course they did.
No women have ever been to the moon. (so far anyway... )
