You most likely will not because there are easily millions of videos out there that are Call of Duty gameplay. But if you do not want any chance of getting in trouble just join machinma and they will post your video on their channel. Also, the worst that can happen is that they will give you a warning the first time if they even give you one at all. I would say there is less than a .01% chance of getting in trouble. Hey, I posted a Sports Center Top 10 once and all that happened to me was a warning.
It depends what you mean by cod. If you mean posting video footage of you playing Call Of Duty - probably not. If you mean posting actual film footage from the movie Call Of Duty - then yes - that's copyright material.
