well i was pulled over in early July for going 17miles over the speed limit i went to court and i was fined $185.00dollars and that was my first ticked i ever received and i had 4 points taken off my license and the judge didn't even want to hear what i had to say i was so angry i stormed out of the court room, becouse i knew if it were any where else i would have got a warning because i had a clean license for 7 years nothing on my driving abstract now its ruined so i guess depending where you are and if the cop and the judge wants to be a retarted you can loose points on your license
Yes
If a warrant has been issued by the court yes, most officers check for wants and warrants when calling in a speeding citation.
I believe not. Points don't transfer state to state, unless they changed it. My mom got pulled over for speeding in VA and we live in FL. She never got any points. This is incorrect. Almost all states will report your speeding ticket to your home state and it will be treated just as if it was received in your home state. The states that I know that will not put an out of state ticket on your record are NY, PA and Colorado. In general you will get points and they can lead to a suspension of your license. In general it pays to contest all traffic tickets, in state or out.
Yes it will, Hawaii does not have a points system but whenever your driving record is pulled for it will show you were cited for speeding in Hawaii.
Normally a California plate will get pulled over if speeding not because they are hated for speeding, but profiled as seeing to have drugs so even the slightest speeding could get you pulled over. If they hated speeders in California t hey would hate their state even more because of all the open road to speed on.
This is no different than getting pulled over with a driver permit. You will get a ticket and possibly points put on your license.
i think so but if u do get pulled for by the 5.0 the worst they can do is make you go back home P.S the only reason you would get pulled over is because of speeding. ALL WAYS BEWARE OF SPEED LIMIT SINGS
Women
no that is not your infomation.
There are several things that can happen. One is, if you are caught in the state that the license is suspended you will be arrested until the fine is payed. If there are added charges they must also be payed. If you are pulled over in another state, so long as you have no warrents against you, they will not bother you. There are other things such as points against your license and the reason you are pulled over or checked to begin with.
Officers of the law can issue citations anywhere, even on private property.
Being pulled over a lot for speeding
