If you have been taking Birth Control pills regularly for more than three months, you can "double up" if you forget a day. Take yesterday's and today's pills together, then continue taking one a day as usual. If you just started the pills, you should use an alternate form of contraceptive in addition to this, just to be safe, as your body hasn't had enough time to become regulated with the hormones. If you miss more than two tablets in any month, you will need to throw the pack away and start a new one.
Yes, you can and probably will get pregnant by missing pills. They are only effective if you take them as prescribed. They also need to be taken at the same time every day.
Gosh YES!
You have to take the pill for it to work. If you are missing pills (greater than one/month,) you may not be covered for preventing pregnancy. If you can't remember to take the pills, you should consider another form of birth control. (I am a nurse-practitioner.)
you can be pregnant and still have all your normal monthly periods. i think im right in saying that you can get pregnant from missing only one of your daily pills... so yeah you could get pregnant from missing four pills. jenny x
Very likely since you start ovulating when you miss the pill(s).
I went the pharmacy and asked for the pills because their not on the shelves they're over the counter, they wont sell them to kids or in bulk..also I had to show ID and sign a book but I cant remember their name... I will get back to you when I remember where I put the bottle... ;)
YES. You can get pregnant if you miss one at the right time of your cycle. You need to get in a comfortable daily routine of taking your pills so you remember to take them.
NO probably not
What kind of pills? Most pregnant women don't need pills.
You are probably okay. But, as far as habits go, it is best to do it the same time everyday so you do not forget.
yup
Yes, if you're pregnant, there is no need for birth control pills.
