Therefore, anyone who takes both is taking at least one of them without a doctor's prescription, which is illegal.

∙ 12y agoProbably. Vicoden is hydroconone bitartrate and Tylenol. Tylenol 3 is Tylenol with codien. The problem is mainly that hydrocodone, Tylenol, and codein call all upset your stomach. Taking all three together will likely result in a nasty bout of vomiting. Not to mention that, depending on dosage, you could overload your system with a huge amount of CNS depressant, which could be fatal.
