generally, i would say no. i have 3 piercings just in the lobe itself, and then 2 more further up the ear-rim...i dont think there are any veins in the ear! ________ there are veins, but they are more capillaries than anything and none are large enough to pose a threat (the only veins that are your jugular, corotid artery, femoral artery, brachial artery, and aorta). The only thing you have to do is smoke a gram of crack and piecre it with a toothpick

You get a hole where you didn't want one. If you pull the pin out, it'll heal soon enough. Then you can have another go at getting the piercing where you want it.

Why would anyone want to re-pierce themselves if the holes are still open? You can take out the jewelry, let the holes close, and then get them redone (that is, if there isn't too much scar tissue), but other than that, you cant re-pierce what is already pierced.
