Yes. HG/SS come with a Pokewalker.
Look for the directons that came with the game and it should say that their are certain buttons to push that will connect to the pokewalker. When it connects, you should receive your Pokemon back.
The Pokewalker will turn to an orphan. You'll always be on that Route with that Pokemon when starting a new game. However you can 'Receive Gifts' and take the 3 Pokemons and items back to your game. See the related link below.
if you restarted your game it will probably not work at least for me i cant use mine anymore and i have beeten it 7 times. i am not kidding
yes
you can buy a pokewalker by buying the game Pokemon heartgold and soulsilver game pack.
To get the Pokewalker, you have to buy the game that goes with it (because otherwise, the Pokewalker is useless), which is either Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver.
To reset your PokeWalker status, on the screen where you have 3 choices, go for a stroll, return from a stroll, and receive a gift, press 'l' while holding 'down' and 'x'. More information is in the HG/SS instruction booklet.
You can't get it in the game. Only in the pokewalker. But anyhow, you can catch it in the pokewalker and transfer it back to your game.
To connect the PokeWalker to the game, start up the game but do not access your save file. Scroll down on the list of options and one should be 'Connect to the PokeWalker'. Follow the on-screen instructions from there (remember to put the PokeWalker a maximum of two inches away from the game cartridge).
IM so sorry, no you have to buy a new game with the pokewalker
Ebay, nintendo store, gamestop, if you have the game on a kart the pokewalker will NOT work.
It's impossible to get more than one Pokemon on your pokewalker unless you have two pokewalkers connected to your game then you could have one on each
