If anyone on parole (orprobation) break the rules of their parole/probation and/or commits another criminal offense, they run the grave risk of being returned to jail/prison for the remainder of their sentences.
Want to know what to do about a parole officer that is tyring to do everything to put someone back in jail. he has done nothing wrong and this guy is trying everything to violate him.
If their violation was serious to have had their parole revoked, then they could conceivably be sent back to serve the entire remainder of their sentence behind bars.
The same as out of Court. Someone who is released from prison before they serve their entire sentence is on "parole" for the remainder of their sentence. For example if someone sits in jail for 6 months on a Felony Stealing charge and gets sentenced to 5 years then they go to prison. The 6 months they sat in jail counts towards their sentence. So if they do 2yrs in prison then get released on parole they are on parole the remainder of their sentence or 2.5 years.
She is not coming out of jail. She has a live sentence and She can get out for parole in 2025.
Zero.
Simple assault is considered a Class A misdemeanor in NH with a maximum sentence of one year.
Jail breaks have occurred, yes.
A parole officer is an officer of the court who meets with people after they get out of prison or jail. Parole is a supervised monitoring of individuals after they leave prison, including making sure people have a job, stay off of drugs and alcohol, and keep a curfew set by the court. The parole officer monitors and checks a person, sometimes just by meetings in their office, but sometimes by checking a person in their home. A parole officer has authority to arrest a person and put them back in jail if they break the rules of parole, which are the conditions for staying out of jail.
Yes. She was sentenced to prison for life.
There is no set law saying that you can't. But many prisons have their own rules. And also a common condition of parole or probation is not to have any contact with other known or suspected criminals, many times this would include criminals that are currently in jail or prison. The only way to know for sure is ask your parole officer, as all parole conditions very slightly to greatly.
