Not necessarily. Everyone's body changes differently depending on habits and genetics. Some people's genes are so strong that every girl in the family has the same development pattern, sometimes they don't. This is what the dreaded "fat camps" were invented for and marketed for, it doesn't mean that if a girl is a little chunkier that she should be sent to a "camp," but just make sure that she doesn't become obese. Sometimes the body needs a little extra fat to grow.
don't worry about it. keep eating. if you're worried about your weight, already, eat healthier food, not less food. learn to like vegetables, some vegetables taste good, and eat fruit. get your parents to buy you a blender, and mix frozen fruit and juice in it in the morning and for dessert instead of eating cookies and cake. who knows, you might start a trend. anything tastes good with cheese or butter and or sugar, as long as you aren't allergic to it. potatoes are not a vegetable. better yet, learn how to grow a garden in the backyard when you're done with your homework, and grow your own vegetables. health is about more than not getting fat. being fat is an indicator that you're probobly not moving around enough and eating nutritionally deficient food with lots of fats that are hard for your body to break down. fat is good you need fats. fish fat, avocado fat, olive oil fat all good fats, nut fat. don't go jogging it's a waste of time, just get a garden going and ride your bike to the store once in a while, you'll be fine. anyway some people are just fatter no matter what they do, it's just how you were made, just stay a little active, eat right and eat often. and don't deny yourself treats for all your hard work in staying healthy. indulge once in a while and you'll be sure to feel good and you feel healthy, forget about what you look like.
yes. you do gain some weight during your period, but will hopefully lose it afterward.
the answer to this question is puberty
As slim as a stick, as slim as a toothpick, as slim as a pencil
Most likely, no. Generally, children in developing countries reach puberty later than those in developed countries, so the likely-hood of that happening in Haiti is very slim.
