E15 cannot be used in any car or truck made before 2000. And really should not be used in any car that is a 2006 and older as it could have some ill effects on that year group.
E15 gasoline is a fuel blend that contains 15% ethanol and 85% gasoline. It is designed to be used in certain vehicles that are compatible with higher ethanol content, which may include some newer models of the Toyota Tacoma. However, it's important to check the owner's manual or consult with the manufacturer, as using E15 in vehicles not approved for it can lead to engine damage and void warranties. Always ensure that your Tacoma is compatible with E15 before using it.
I've never heard of Nokia Net Monitor, but e15 means 10^15, which is 1,000,000,000,000,000, or 1 quadrillion.
Nothing over E15 (15% ethanol) and it should be fine. It could run on E85 (85% ethanol) in an emergency, but it may damage fuel system components.

As of my last update, Sam's Club locations may vary in their fuel offerings, and not all locations sell E15 gasoline. To find out if a specific Sam's Club location sells E15, it is best to check directly with that location or visit the Sam's Club website for up-to-date fuel availability information.
