From what I see, the answer is no, the EZPass used in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, etc. does not work in Florida.
Tolls: The tolls may have increased recently the last time that I drove that was a little over a year ago. Baltimore, Maryland: Ft McHenry Toll $2 North of Aberdeen Maryland: JFK $5 Wilmington Delaware: I think it is $4 I am not aware of any other tolls.
