Well it's cutting a fine line, but so long as the tissue hasn't been damaged you may be able to go back to a normal-ish looking lobe, but it will take time. If you go up any more it's going to be a no to a relatively normal return.

If you've only stretched it to 2mm, then yes. That's small enough to not permanently damage and stretch the fistula, so you should be fine. :)
