Your teeth remain is a static position because of something called equilibrium This means that the forces that put pressure on your teeth are equal in all directions.

When a tooth is removed, it is possible to upset the equilibrium. The tooth above or below the lost tooth now may begin to move, because the lost tooth is no longer exerting its force on the tooth. The teeth next to the lost tooth may begin to move as well, for the same reason. And when those teeth move, they can alter the forces of other teeth, allowing them to shift, sort of causing a chain reaction. These movements will continue until the mouth once again reaches equilibrium. This may take several days and amount to almost unnoticable changes, or it may take several months, and the changes can be quite dramatic.

How do you make your wisdom teeth grow straight when there is no second molar?

Unfortunately, there is no way to "make" your wisdom teeth grow in straight. If your other teeth are straight, then they may grow in straight. If you have a tendency towards crooked teeth, they they may grow crooked too. The good news is that not everyone has to have them removed if they grow in crooked. If there is sufficient room and they will not cause problems with the other teeth, they may not have to be removed. With no 2nd molar, there might be enough room that they do not have to be removed. The best person to make this determination is your dentist.
