You have to be more specific on which password you lost. If it's your admin password, then I'd recommend you get yourself a Linux live CD and get cracking. If its just for an account on the domain, go to Start / Administrator tools / Active directory Users and Computers. Then locate the user and right click on their name, select 'reset password' - put in the new one and that's it.
If its a different password, maybe the password for deleting your AD or whatever then re-ask and be more specific.
Note: If you lost administrator password then you can reset password through third party software ERD.

There is an option in the sign in to find your lost password. It probably says: "Forgot your password" or "I forgot my password". Just click that and reset your password, simple.
