Air conditioner system senses the room temperature and then decides how much cooling has to be provided to room as per the setting. Say u need only 20 degree Celsius only. To elaborate, in a closed loop system, the output in some way shape or form is fed back into the input of the control system. With an air conditioning system, the output is temperature. This temperature is read, and fed back into the control system to determine if additional cooling is needed or not. An example of an open loop system would be if you programmed the air conditioning to turn on from 11AM to 5PM, then turn off. The output of the system (temperature) doesn't effect the input (when the system runs).
Ring main distribution system allow compresssed air to converge from two directions. So this reduces pressure drop and mades changes to the system easier.
To answer this question the units amperage must be stated or calculated.
The wire sizing of any equipment is related to the amperage that the equipment draws. Look on the air conditioner and restate the question and give the amps that the unit uses and at what voltage.
The breaker you use is determined by the size of the wire in the wall not by what is being connected to that circuit. If you have 14/2 wire then use a 15 amp breaker. If you have 12/2 wire then use a 20 amp breaker. The breaker protects the wiring not the item connected.

Time to service the air conditioner, it's low on freon.
Yes definitely. There are a lot of electricity and vent concerns that are vital for satisfying central air. Also, it would be shame to spend money on a new central air conditioning system only to find out that it was installed incorrectly.
