I need the wiring diagram on a 1986 Chevy silver ado dual fuel tanks
Chevy Silverado models for 2000-2008 hold about 26 gallons in their tanks.
Where can I find a diagram for running new fuel lines on a 1992 chevy pick up
If it has duel tanks then it has 2 pumps, 1 per tank.
Sorry, But there is no drain plug in any gas tanks. Ford Chevy dodge no 1 used a drain plug.
speaking based on both of the 88's that i have had they are 25 gallon tanks but that also depend on the truck cause one of them was an 88 cheyenne and the other and current one is an 88 silverado and they have both had 25 gallon tanks speaking based on both of the 88's that i have had they are 25 gallon tanks but that also depend on the truck cause one of them was an 88 cheyenne and the other and current one is an 88 silverado and they have both had 25 gallon tanks
there are 22 gallon tanks for the 4.3 litre v6 and a 33 gallon tank for the v8 there are 22 gallon tanks for the 4.3 litre v6 and a 33 gallon tank for the v8
Not sure what your problem is but, one wire comes from each tank and goes up to the dashboard switch. Blue comes up from the left tank, brown w/ white stripe comes up from the right tank. Solid brown goes to the gauge. There will also be a wire from the fuel switching valve (green). This one activates the fuel valve itself. I need to know what voltages/resistances should be at the back of the gauge ?
Get a manual on the truck from DISCOUNTAUTOREPAIRMANUALS.COM and it may have the information you want. It will help on the next repaire also,
I am asking the same question for a 1979 Chevy C30 PU Truck & would like to see some photos or schematics. Thank you
If you have a regular size bed and single cab with dual tanks, 18 gals each. Short beds are down to 16 gals. I have been able to get 20 gals in the regular cab.
Yes, 1 pump per tank.
I have an '07 Crew Cab and mine is 26 gal. There were 35 gallon tanks available. Call a GM dealer parts department with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), they can tell you what came on the truck.
