How can you get a wiring diagram for changing a fuel gauge on a 1978 Chevy Silverado with a 350 motor and duel gas tanks?

Not sure what your problem is but, one wire comes from each tank and goes up to the dashboard switch. Blue comes up from the left tank, brown w/ white stripe comes up from the right tank. Solid brown goes to the gauge. There will also be a wire from the fuel switching valve (green). This one activates the fuel valve itself. I need to know what voltages/resistances should be at the back of the gauge ?
