If you confident that the wheels are not bent then I would suspect a bad drive axle. But I would always recheck for out-of round tires regardless of whether they are new or not. I would take each tire/wheel and place each on a spin balancer and watch the horizon of each tire for out of round and side to side(such as a bent wheel).
