Not in the U.S. , you must be 18 to get a tattoo but the good news is that by then, you won't need your parents. (For piercings you have to be 16 with parents/guardian and 18 without them) I'm unsure of this previous answer so just check out the states near you on this website: http://www.ncsl.org/programs/health/minorbodyart.htm
I know most tattoo parlors there will tattoo a 17 year old with parents PRESENT. Some will do 16 year olds with parents PRESENT. but written consent doesn't mean much when it can be forged.
The laws vary in the US from state to state. Some do not allow a minor to get a tattoo at all. Others allow a 16 year old to get one with permission. Some require the parents to be present when the tattoo is put on.
Your parents must be with you and you and your parents must both have ID and then any Virginia parlor will do it.
I not sure but they should let 16 year olds get a tattoo no problem
No.... you must be at least 16 and still have a parental consent and have them there when you get your tattoo. But you could go to Texas and get a tattoo at 14 with a parent.
Yes. With parents consent anyone under the age of 18 can.
In most states they can, but there is some states who don't allow that. I know Michigan doesn't care how old you are as long as you have parent's permission. that's why you'll see like 14 year olds with tattoos there, I go there every summer to visit family and old friends.
No, in Florida, individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to get a tattoo without parental consent. It is required for a parent or legal guardian to be present and provide written permission for anyone under 18 to receive a tattoo in Florida.
i have a tattoo and i am 13 years old. i think so she would be able too. just she has to have a parent present.
anywhere you can get tattooed at 16 with your parents consent so find a tattoo shop and get inked up peace
You may have trouble finding someone that will put a tattoo on someone that young. The law is that an individual must be an adult. If they are not, they have to have notarized permission from the parents. The shop will provide the specific requirements they need to be met.
justin is fiffteen so far and no you cant date a older person in that place or just about any place
