Anne Bonny was known to have sailed on several ships during her piracy career, including the "Revenge," which was captained by Calico Jack Rackham. She also operated aboard the "William," a ship that was part of Rackham's crew. Her piracy activities were primarily concentrated in the Caribbean during the early 18th century. Bonny's exploits alongside Rackham and fellow pirate Mary Read have made her a notable figure in pirate history.

Anne was repentant, yes, but she decided to take an unpleasant task (apologizing for what she did wrong) and turn it into a pleasant task. Basically, Anne should have felt ashamed that she had to apologize in the first place but instead she allowed her imagination take over and actually enjoyed apologizing to Mrs. Lynde.
