A number of things will happen, some of those things differ depending on what type of DBIDS operator it is i.e. Active Duty, Civil Service, U.S. Contractor, Local National Employee if OCONUS (Overseas). At a minimum they're logon account will be revoked and your right as a DBIDS operator taken away. If an Active Duty service member then the result could go as far as UCMJ punishment. Regardless an investigation will be conducted to determine the level of Privacy Data or PII data may have been compromised or released, and appropriate action will be taken by the command it happened in.
