Yes, a Muslim woman is commanded per religion to cover her hair (wearing a veil).
Men in Islam do not cover their heads during prayer. Women do so to cover their hair.
Head for cover.
Women cover themselves during prayers as a matter of respect to Allah (or God in English and same God worshiped in Christianity and Judaism). Otherwise, would you tell why women in churches cover themselves including wearing head cover?.
Dignified and modest clothing. Men, and married women, cover their head.
In English you would just call it a head scarf. In Persian it's called a "rusaree"
they wear cloth around there head and some to cover their breast {for the women} and to cover their GOD given valuables.
I don't think it really matters, after all it is not what we do, it is what Jesus has already done that matters. As long as we repent we are forgiven. Still if it makes you feel better to cover your head, then by all means do so.
well.............m not a sikh.........but wat i knw frm my xperience is that................all the religions dat encourage women to cover-up is in order to guard their modesty.......i hope m ryt!.....:)
For women, yes, it is compulsory. For men, it is not an obligation or requirement per religion.
it affects them by having them wear a head scarf and cover up there body.
A long cloth used by mostly islamic women to wrap around their heads and use as a head cover.
Head for cover.
