4.1 for N+ poly-silicon and 5.2 for P+ poly-silicon. That is supposedly the "classical CMOS value." These values depend on doping concentration in the poly-silicon and the specific sample. Thus, it may be best to determine them yourself if you need a more exact value.

Silicon-on-insulator technology: materials to VLSI pg.136
By Jean-Pierre Colinge
Nikola Tesla invented the poly-phase induction motor in 1883.
PVC is a material, Poly vinyl chloride - a type of plastic. 20 mm is a size, probably inner diameter of a cylindrical pipe. Conduit means that it's used to run something like other wires, or a thinner pipe, through.
In low voltage wires, the insulation factor of the coating determines the wire's voltage rating. A wire coating of cross linked poly vinyl is used as an insulation. High voltage transmission wires uses no coating on the wire
Poly Vinyl Chloride is made from two main ingredients. These ingredients are chlorine and ethylene both of which are needed to make PVC conduit . UV inhibitors are also added to the ingredients to prevent degradation from exposure to the sun's rays.
we use polysislicon instead of metal because polysilicon has the self aligned property.
its a type of rubbish that i have to do home work on
Via is used for connecting successive metal layers like metal 1 to metal 3 etc, whereas contact is used to connect the poly-silicon to the metal 1 for external pin connections
if i knew i wouldnt be asking you would i?
It is called roly poly
how to differenciate poly cotton and poly viscose

poly and cotton
This is a roly poly.

Yes. Sand the satin poly with fine sandpaper to remove the gloss, then coat with the flat poly.
Poly-amines are more durable, poly-amides are more resistant to moisture.
