7th Ward and Upper 9th Ward are the deadliest areas in New Orleans. New Orleans is largely a ghetto, actually. Some other areas to avoid are Gert Town (near Xavier), Central City, Lower Mid-City, and New Orleans East. And if you don't like Blacks, don't come here! Laissez les bon temps rouler!
