God will never stop loving the person. God can forgive for anything no matter how severe but it is the person who has to allow Him into their life and to ask for forgiveness. So no, there is NOTHING God will not forgive as long as you repent with a true heart.

No. Because they are not doing the work of the devil, but the work of God in Jesus which is faith.

Devil does not punish sinners because he wants everyone to sin. Angels do not punish in the Bible except under God's command because it is God who can punish. It is God's authority and God's alone. Because Jesus died on the cross to forgive our sins and through God's grace, forgiveness and not punishment is what He desires.
