Probably not. There's a little thing called age of consent, which a 19 year-old dating a 13 year-old is grossly in violation of in pretty much the whole of the Western world. Now, in some musical circles, having served prison time would be bragging rights - however, you'd have to survive prison in order to brag about it, which I highly doubt any member of One Direction could manage.
