You can get CPR-Certified at a variety of places. Here is one great site - http://www.procpr.org. Here you can find everything you need. Some hospitals offer it, and others don't, so you may have to ask your local hospital to see.
I understand that online ACLS and BLS classes alone do not satisfy the AMA requirements, and even if I find an ACLS or BLS class online that is AHA approved I still need to do an in person skills test. I just want an ACLS recertification class and BLS recertification class in person so I can get it all done in one day and get my card on the spot.
