I have worked with TruGreen in the sales department for over a year now. There is high turnover due to performance in sales (about 80%) so if you can't hit the ground running in sales, chances are you are going to have a hard time keeping your job. Most salesmen are lucky to make it three months.You also work wierd hours (12-9) and a lot of saturdays (which is only a half day 9am-1pm). It has good benefits though, and the compensation is good for the field you are in. If you dont want the stress of having to reach your sales goals every week and the uncertainty with a company that tends to have the motto "what have you done for me today", then become a tech in the company, they have much more job security.
